While our candles are fairly well insulated in their boxes, during these extremely hot Summer months, it is possible that with Ground shipping, which can take 5-7 days, our candles might have a bit of melting. To avoid this, we strongly suggest the following:

• Make sure your delivery address is one where someone will be there all day. If you go away from home for work, do not make your home address the delivery address as it will sit in the heat for hours.
• Try to select a quicker shipping option when you check out. Prior to October 15, we cannot guarantee or replace candles that use a shipping option longer than 2nd Day shipping.
