something doesn't smell quite right?
The creation of our candles is 100% handmade. From candle to candle, very slight differences due to the human process are to be expected. This should not be cause for return. That said, we want you to truly love your candles. If there are issues with scent(s) and/or damaged packaging, we are happy to make exchanges for you. If you decide you do not want your order, we will provide a full refund only if the candle has not been lit. In order for you to receive exchanges or returns, the order MUST be returned in its original box AND the shipping box that you received. For your convenience, there is a prepaid mailing label for the shipping box you received included with your order. We will not provide exchanges or refunds if your purchase was from a retailer. THE NASHVILLE CHICKS, LLC and any of its employees or associates will not be responsible for any damages that occur once you have taken possession of the candle(s).
